摘要
利用泡沫镍作为基体,采用电沉积的方法制备泡沫铝,并采用热处理过程改善了镀铝层的性能。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)和动电位极化曲线等手段,对镀层的微观形貌、成分及性能进行了研究。结果表明:当电流密度为0.45A/dm2时,所得镀铝层最为均匀,镀层厚度约为10μm;450℃下热处理1h后得到的泡沫铝材料,其镀层晶粒尺寸显著减小,结晶更加细致、均匀,镀层与基体的结合力也显著提高;热处理后的泡沫铝材料的耐蚀性更加优异,腐蚀速率降低约一个数量级。
The aluminum foam was prepared by electrodeposition on the substrate of nickel foam, and the properties of the aluminum coating were improved by heat treatment. The morphology, ingredients and properties of the coating were investigated by means of SEM, XRD, potentiodynamic polarization curves, etc. The results show that when current density is 0.45 A/dm2 , the obtained aluminum coating is the most homogeneous, with a thickness of about 10 9m; the aluminum foam obtained after 1 h of heat treatment at 450 ℃ is obviously reduced in grain size, more compact and uniform in crystallization, and remarkably improved in binding strength between coating and substrate; the corrosion resistance of the heat treated coating is still more excellent, with corrosion rate being reduced by roughly one order of magnitude.
