Manufacture of Foam Nickel with a Method of Chemical Plating Having No Sn 2+ and Pd 2+

摘要 针对现行间歇式电化学方法制备泡沫镍工艺中采用化学镀对高分子泡沫模体表面覆载导电层的前处理过程所存在的问题,提出了一种操作方便,成本低廉的催化层覆载方法.运用该法所制得的泡沫镍。 This article provides a mehtod of forming a foam nickel for alkaline battery. In prevalent batch electrochemical method of forming a foam nickel, there are some problems in the process of a foam's pretreatment for a foam's coating catalystic layer in the method of chemical coating. According to this, a new method was given. This method is characterized by simpler and easier operation and lower cost. The foam nickel's performances by this new method was satisfied with a electrode base in nickel containning alkaline battery.
