摘要
目的分析早期社区康复对脑卒中患者治疗效果,探讨早期开展社区康复的价值。方法将40例脑卒中患者分成两组,各20例,对所有受试者进行康复治疗,早期社区康复组康复治疗3个月,住院康复组住院治疗至少1个月。结果早期社区康复组和住院康复组对比,早期康复治疗均能明显提高改良Barthel指数(MBI),但两组间差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);早期社区康复组患者治疗各时间段MBI增加值,第一个月较后两个月明显,且后两个月之间差异无统计学意义。结论早期社区康复可以取得同住院康复同等效果,应尽早进行。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of community based rehabilitation in the patients with stroke.Methods Forty patients with stroke were divided into the early community based rehabilitation（CBR） group（n=20） and the normal control（NC） group（n=20）.The CBR group were received early community based rehabilitation therapy for 3 months.The NC group were received in-patient rehabilitation therapy for at least 1 month.Results The early rehabilitative intervention can improve the Modified barthel index（MBI） score in two group,but there were not significant difference between two group.Compare with 2nd month and 3rd month,the 1st month improve of MBI score were significant in CBR group（P0.05）.But there were no significant difference between 2 month＇s and 3 month＇s.Conclusion It is valuable to apply early community based rehabilitation to the patients with stroke.
