摘要
目的:探讨Orem自理模式在脑梗死患者护理过程中的应用。方法:将84例脑梗死患者随机分为观察组46例和对照组38例,对照组采用传统的神经内科常规护理措施,观察组应用Orem自理模式贯穿于常规护理全过程,应用简式Fugl-Meyer评价法和Barthel指数对两组患者入院和出院时分别测定运动功能及日常生活活动能力(ADL)。结果:出院时两组患者的运动功能及日常生活活动能力均有提高,但观察组改善程度明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:Orem自理模式能显著提高脑梗死患者运动功能和ADL,提高生活质量。
Objective: To study the application of Orem self-care model in nursing care of patients with cerebral infarction.Methods: Eighty four patients with cerebral infarction were divided into observation group(n=46) and control group(n=38) randomly.In control group,the patients were given conventional neurological nursing care and Orem self-care model was applied through the whole nursing course in observation group.The motor function and ADL of all patients were measured by simple Fugl-Meyer way and Barthel indexes when they were in hospital and discharged from hospital.Results: The motor function and ADL of patients in both groups were improved,but the improvement in observation group was much better than that in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Orem self-care model can markedly improve patient's motor function and ADL,moreover the patients can take care of themselves to great extent so that quality of their life can be improved.
