摘要
分析液压制动真空助力系统研究的必要性。分别对液压制动真空助力系统的各个部件(包含真空助力器、真空筒、真空泵)进行性能匹配计算,阐述制动真空泵的匹配性能要求。以依维柯Z35车型为例,给出完整的计算流程。整车初步试验表明,所匹配的液压制动真空助力系统的匹配计算能够满足依维柯的相关标准要求,其系统匹配参数合理。
Thc necessity of the vacuum assist brake system of hydraulic brake was analyzed. The integrative perfermance calculating method of the components, including booster, vacuum tank and vacuum pump was introduced, especially for the vacuum pump integrative de- signing. The complete calculation process of vacuum assist brake system was introduced with the IVECO Z35 as the example. According to the result of test, the designed system can meet the requirements of IVECO standard, the system parameters is reasonable.
