摘要
当今汽车安全越来越重要,对真空助力器的要求越来越高,因此,本文详细的研究了真空助力器最大助力点和真空助力器助力比之间的关系,通过对真空助力器工作原理和真空助力器标准特性曲线的分析及助力比和最大助力点的关系的理论推导得出以下结论:真空助力器在确定真空度、确定膜片直径的情况下,助力比越大,最大输出力反而减小。
Today,the safety of automobile is more and more important.The requirement to vacuum booster becomes higher and higher.This text analyzed the relation between max point of booster force and transmission ratio in detail.In addition,according to the analysis of work principle and standard quality-curve of the vacuum booster and the theoretical development of relation between max point of booster force and tnmsmission, it concludes that on the basis of constant vacuum degree and diameter, the lager transmission ratio is,the smaller max output-force is.
