摘要
目的 :探讨超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性及脂质过氧化物 (MDA)水平在食管癌诊断中的临床意义。方法 :应用黄嘌呤氧化酶法的改进羟胺法 ,测定了 10 0例食管癌不同病期 (初发期、缓解期、复发期 )手术前后 ,放疗前后病人血清超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活力及 MDA水平。结果 :食管癌患者初发病例及复发病例的血清中 SOD活性及 MDA水平与手术后及放疗后相比有显著性差异 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 :自由基损伤参与了食管癌的发生、发展及转归过程 ,且与病情的严重程度有关。
Objective:To study the clinical significance of superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and lipid peroxide (MDA) level in diagnosing esophageal cancer.Methods:The serum SOD activity and MDA level of 100 cases esophageal cancer in different stages (initial,relief and reccurent stage) before and after radiotherapy were studied by improved hydroxy lamine technique of xanthine oxidase.Results:The SOD activity and MDA level in serum decreased apparently among those cases in initial and reccurent stages,while MDA level increased serum SOD activity and MDA level in relief cases have more significant differences (P<0.01) than those cases operated or radiotherapied.Conclusion:We concluded that the free radical damaged process not only involved in cancer′s occurrence,development and conversion,but also concerned with the state of cancer.
