摘要
高校科研团队建设在学校教学、科研发展中有着重要的使命和作用,尤其在高校学科建设、科研建设、产学研服务、人才培养等建设中发挥着基础性的重要促进作用。从高校科研团队建设的作用理论基础入手,对高校科研团队建设中存在的问题进行现实评价,针对性提出加强高校科研团队建设的建议。
The construction of college research team plays an important role in school teaching and scientific researches,especially in disciplinary construction,scientific research construction,production-study-research services,and personnel training.Starting from the theory of the function of the college research team construction,the paper makes realistic evaluations of the existing problems with a purpose of suggesting some countermeasures of strengthening the research team construction in colleges.
