摘要
科研创新团队是培养人才、催生重大创新成果的有效模式。目前广西各级政府、各高校对哲学社会科学创新团队的建设力度不够。广西应加强高校哲学社会科学创新团队的建设,结合学科优势选择具有地方和民族特色的主攻方向,建立健全创新团队的各种运行和保障机制。
Developing an innovative research team is an effective mode in training professionals and accelerating major innovations. Currently, governments of all levels and the universities and colleges in Guangxi do not pay enough attention to the building of an innovatiVe team of philosophy and social sciences. Therefore, efforts should be＇made in this respect so as to establish a complete operational and monitoring mechanism by Choosing some knockout research fields with distinct local and ethnic features.
