摘要
目的 :探讨超早期感觉输入对缺血性脑梗塞偏瘫肢体运动功能的促进作用。方法 :对65例发病3d内的脑梗塞重度偏瘫患者 ,采用感觉输入配合一般的主动、被动运动法进行康复治疗、评价结果。结果 :与对照组相比 ,观察组肌力恢复快 ,有效率高 ,持匙进餐和扶杖行走明显优于对照组。结论 :超早期感觉输入可缩短脑梗塞重症偏瘫患者的康复期 ,能明显促进患肢肌力、功能状态和活动能力的恢复 ,减少早期废用综合征的发生。
Objective:To study effect that the extra early sensation input can facilitate the movement of severe hemiparalyzed limb in ischaemic brain stroke patients.Method:65 patients with cerebral infarction were admitted within 3 days after the onset.Rehabilitation by sensation input along with rontine active and passive exercises was initiated.Result:The recovery of myodynamia was faster by the combination of sensation input and routine exercises than by routine exercises alone.A higher effective rate was found in the observed group than that in the controlled one.Daily activity such as eating with spoon and walking by stick were also different.Conclusion :Extra early sensation input accelerated the recovery of motor function,apparently facilitated the improvement of myodynamia,functional status and daily activity of the paralyzed limb,and prevented early disabled syndrome in cerebral infarction sufferers.
