摘要
从农产品供应链的特点出发,对农产品供应链存在的供应突变以及需求不确定双重风险进行了分析。结果表明:将收益共享契约引入到农产品生产商和零售商的供应链风险管理中,可有效地降低农产品供应链在遇到供应和需求风险时受到的影响。
Based on characteristics of agricultural product supply chain, the author analyzes the risks under supply disruption and demand uncertainty. On this basis, revenue sharing contract is introduced so as to coordinate supply chain risks. The results showed that this contract can effectively reduce the risk in agricultural product supply chain under supply disruption and demand uncertainty.
