摘要
为了筛选出杏鲍菇、姬菇和茶树菇的优良菌株作为贵州省推广栽培的适应性菌株,建立优良菌株筛选模型,对17个不同来源的杏鲍菇、姬菇和茶树菇菌株的亲和性、遗传稳定性及菌丝生长特性和出菇特征进行单因子方差分析。结果表明:筛选出的杏鲍菇GZAAS.Pe104和GZAAS.Pe106、姬菇GZAAS.Pc101和GZAAS.Pc105、茶树菇GZAAS.Ag103和GZAAS.Ag105的生长势强、产量高、商品性好、遗传稳定,是适合贵州栽培的优良菌株。优化并建立了常规食用菌优良菌株筛选的三步筛选模型。
In order to screen excellent strains of P. eryngii, P. comucopiae and A. pediadesi suitable to be popularized and cultivated in Guizhou, and establish a screening model of excellent edible fungus, A study on antagonism, genetic stability, growth characteristics, fruiting tests and high-yielding performance of 17 isolates was conducted by ANOVA. The results showed that six excellent isolates were screened out. These six strains were all of strong growth vigor, high fruiting yields, good commodity characters and high inheritance stability, which were suitable for artificial cultivation in Guizhou. A three- step selection method for screening excellent edible fungus isolates was established.
