卵巢摘除及补充雌激素对小鼠骨折愈合中钙沉积的影响 被引量:4

THE INFLUENCE OF OVARIECTOMY AND ESTROGEN SUPPLEMENT ON CALCIUM DEPOSITION IN MOUSE FRACTURE HEALING

摘要 为研究雌激素对卵巢摘除后已发生显著骨丢失的 balb/c系小鼠股骨骨折愈合的影响 ,将 144只 balb/c小鼠随机分为假手术组 (SO组 )、卵巢摘除组 (OVX组 )、补充低剂量雌激素组 (E1 组 )、补充高剂量雌激素组 (E2 组 )。小鼠于折骨后 5天、10天、15天、2 0天、30天处死 ,测定骨痂中的钙盐沉积率。结果 SO组、OVX组和 E1 组 ,骨痂中的钙盐沉积率在折骨后 15天达峰值 ,OVX组钙盐沉积峰值显著低于 SO组和 E1 组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,后二者之间无显著差异。在 E2 组 ,骨痂中的钙盐沉积率峰值推迟至折骨后 2 0天方出现。表明卵巢摘除的的低雌激素状态和补充超生理剂量的雌激素均对小鼠骨折愈合不利 。 WT6BZ]In order to study the influence of estrogen on femoral fracture healing in balb/c mice with significant bone loss after ovariectomy, 144 balb/c mice were divided into Sham operated (SO), ovariectomized (OV), low dose estrogen treated (E 1) and high dose estrogen treated (E 2) groups. The mice were killed at the 5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, and 30th day after fracture, respectively, and the calcium deposit rates in the callus (CDR) were measured. The results showed that CDR in SO, OV, and E 1 groups reached the peak 15 days after the fracture; the CDR peak of OV group was much lower than those of SO and E 1 groups ([WT6BX]P[WT6BZ] < 0.05), but there was no obvious difference between E 1 and E 2 groups in CDR. The CDR peak of E 2 group was delayed and appeared 20 days after fracture, suggesting that both of the low estrogen and over physiological dose estrogen supplement were harmful to mouse fracture healing, while the physiological dose supplement of estrogen helps the fracture healing of ovariectomized mice.
