摘要
为了研究四川省转岗幼儿教师工作满意度现状,文章以四川省转岗幼儿教师为研究对象(大部分来自四川省国培计划成都师范学院项目的培训对象),采用"幼儿教师工作满意度问卷"进行问卷调查,结果显示:城镇幼儿园转岗幼儿教师对幼儿园和领导因子的满意度高于农村幼儿园转岗幼儿教师;私立幼儿园转岗幼儿教师对幼儿园因子满意度高于公立幼儿园转岗幼儿教师;转岗幼儿教师的工作满意度随着工龄的增长而增高;在工资待遇因子上随着年龄的增大满意度越来越低。总的来说,四川省转岗幼儿教师工作满意度未达到很高的满意程度,满意水平在一般满意与比较满意之间,特别是在工资待遇上不是很满意。
In order to study job satisfaction for preschool teachers who shift their posts in Sichuan province, this paper takes preschool teachers who shift their posts in Sichuan province as the research objects（ Most of them are members of the Sichuan training project in Chengdu normal college. Applying ＂Questionnaire on Preschool Teachers＇Job Satisfac- tion＂ to this survey, results are as follows： job - shift preschool teachers in town kindergarten have higher satisfaction than those in rural kindergarten on the leading factor and the kindergarten; post -shift preschool teachers in private kin- dergarten have higher satisfaction on kindergarten than those in public kindergarten; job satisfaction of preschool teacher increases along with the growth of their length of service; the degree of satisfaction on the salary is decreasing as those teachers get older. In conclusion, job satisfaction of post - shift preschool teachers in Sichuan has not reached a high de- gree of satisfaction, and the satisfaction degree is between general satisfaction and comparison satisfaction. And those teachers have lower satisfaction on the salary especially.
