摘要
本研究采用问卷调查法,对幼儿园初任教师专业成长现状进行调查,结果表明幼儿园初任教师普遍存在专业成长困境,尤以班级管理层面的困境最高;不同地区的幼儿园初任教师在教学活动方面存在显著差异;不同学历、不同等级的幼儿园初任教师在人际关系、幼儿园环境与政策以及专业态度上均存在显著差异。为促进幼儿园初任教师专业成长,应积极开展幼儿园初任教师入职教育;幼儿园初任教师也应主动寻求发展,提高自身专业水平;应加强对农村幼儿园工作的重视与支持,努力提高农村幼儿园初任教师的质量;学前教育师资培养应将师范性与职业性相结合;各级政府应加强对各类幼儿园和教师的规范管理。
The paper investigated the dilemma of professional development for kindergarten beginning teachers. The results showed that they generally faced the difficulties of professional development, especially for class management. There were significant differences among teachers from different regions and various types of kindergartens with different academic degrees. The study proposed that education administrative department and kindergartens should carry out the inductive teacher education actively for beginning teachers.
