摘要
阐述短纤维生产中因为负荷降低对生产工况和产品品质的影响。分析了降负荷造成纺丝断头率增加,纤维强伸性能趋向低强高伸,原丝CV值减小但成品丝CV值增大,后加工运转率下降等现象的原因。提出了降低熔体系统温度、改进作业条件、降低后加工车速及更换喷丝板规格等应对措施。
This paper briefly introduces the effect of reducing the load on production condition and product quality of PET staple, and analyzes the reason and change rule for spinning end breakage rate increase, fiber strong stretch properties tending to low tenacity and high elongation, the grey yarn CV value decreases but the finished yarn CV value increases, post processing operation rate decreasing and so on. Some corresponding measures such as reducing PET melt system temperature, improving the wokring conditions,reducing the post processing speed and replacing the spinneret specifications are put forward.
