摘要
分析了影响1.33 dtex超有光短纤维强伸性能的主要因素,提出通过降低熔体黏度、降低纺丝速度、提高拉伸倍率、稳定热定型效果,可提高该短纤维强伸性能。
The main factors that have effect on the strength and elongation properties of 1.33 dtex super bright PET staple were analysed. It was pointed out by reducing the melt viscosity, decreasing the spinning speed, increasing the draw ratio, stabilizing the heat setting effect, the strength and elongation properties of the staple should be improved.
