摘要
目的 : 探讨血清唾液酸水平对消化道恶性肿瘤的诊断价值。方法 :采用等速电泳法对 98例消化道恶性肿瘤、2 4例胃良性疾病患者及 66例正常对照进行血清唾液酸检测。结果 :消化道恶性肿瘤组血清唾液酸水平显著高于正常对照组及胃良性疾病组 (P <0 .0 1 )。不同病理类型的癌肿 ,血清唾液酸水平显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 .0 1 ) ,但各类型癌肿之间血清唾液酸水平差异无显著意义 (P <0 .0 5)。结论
Objective:To inquire into the values of sialic acid (SA) levels of serum to the diagnosis of malignant tumors of digestive tract.Methods: 98 cases of malignant tumors of digestive tract,24 cases of gastric benign diseases and 66 normal controls were collected in the study,and their SA levels of serum were determined.Results:The SA levels of the malignant group were higher than those of the benign group and control group(P<0.01).There are no significant differences in SA levels of serum among the different pathological types of malignant tumors(P>0.05).Conclusion:The SA levels of serum are valuable reference indexes for the diagnosis of malignant tumors of digestive tract.
