水分胁迫下不同抗旱性小麦品种核酸代谢的差异 被引量:1

The Difference between Nucleic Acid Metabolizm of Two Distinct Drought Resistance Wheat Varieties under Water Stress

摘要 抗旱和不抗旱小麦品种在渗透势为 - 0 .0 2 5 MPa和 - 0 .0 5 MPa PEG溶液中根际胁迫 3天和 5天 ,叶片的 DNA、RNA含量均呈下降趋势 ,但抗旱品种 73- 1 1下降幅度比敏感品种晋2 1 4 8小 .RNA电泳结果表明 :2 3s RNA、1 8s RNA、1 6s RNA以及小分子量 RNA的含量均下降 ,2个品种的下降差异不明显 ,但在峰形上有区别 .DNA电泳结果表明 ,DNA各组分含量在水分胁迫下也表现为下降趋势 ,且 2个品种间峰数不一致 .小麦叶片 DNase的活性在水分胁迫下不断升高 ,抗旱品种 73- 1 1比敏感品种增加幅度大 . The solutions of DNA and RNA of leaves of drought resistance wheat and non drought resistance wheat under water stress -0.025 MPa and -0.05 MPa for three days and five days decreased and that of drought resistance wheat 73 11 decreased slower than that of Jin 2148. The results of RNA electrophoresis showed that the content of 25sRNA, 23sRNA, 18sRNA, 16sRNA and others small RNA all decreased and the difference of the wheat Varieties were not clear, and the difference only on the shapes of top point. The results of DNA electrophoresis showed that the solution of all that the quantities of the top points of two wheat varieties were different. The activeness of DNase incressed countiouly under water stress and that 73 11 decreased ever more quickly. The activeness of RAase was the same as that of DNase.
