建筑用水基型胶粘剂中水分含量的测定研究 被引量:6

摘要 首先建立了建筑用水基型胶粘剂中水分含量的测定方法;然后以取样量、加热炉的加热温度和混合时间等为试验因素,采用单因素试验法优选出测定水基型胶粘剂中水分含量的最佳工艺条件。结果表明:当取样量为20mg、加热炉的加热温度为170℃和混合时间为60s时,水基型胶粘剂中水分含量的测定结果具有良好的重现性(平均回收率为93%~100%,相对标准偏差为1.6%~5.3%);应用该方法和标准推荐的方法测定不同类型水基型胶粘剂的水分含量,两者结果相近,并且前者的操作更简单、更快且取样量更少。 First,a method for testing moisture content in waterborne adhesive for conhesive for construction was established.Then,with sampling content,heating temperature of furnace and mixing time as experiment factors,an optimal process conditions of testing moisture content in waterborne adhesive were preferred by single-factor experiment,The results showed that the testing results of moisture content in waterborne adhesive had good reproducibility because its average recovery was 93%-100%,and relative standard deviation was 1.6%-5.3% when sampling content was 20mg,heating temperature of furnace and mixing time were 170℃ and 60s respectively.Both had similar testing results,and the former had more simple operation,more rapid operation and less sampling content when the moisture contents in different waterborne adhesive were tested by this method or recommended method from standard.
