摘要
为研究加快石油烃污染土层生物修复的措施 ,取淄河滩含油土壤 ,通过加入富集细菌、翻耕调湿、加菌和翻耕调湿相结合 3种生物修复室内模拟实验 ,考察生物治理前后土壤石油降解速率的差异 ,并对土壤中石油的半衰期作出预测。结果表明 ,在加入富集菌使土壤细菌含量提高一个数量级的条件下 ,油半衰期由自然土壤的 990 d减少到 346 d;在翻耕和调节土壤含水率的条件下 ,降解速率大大加快 ,油半衰期由对照样的 1733d减少到 90 d;在综合生物治理的条件下 ,油半衰期可以缩短到 42
The biodegradation rates of petroleum hydrocarbons in polluted soil of Zihe Valley, Shandong Province, China, were studied for three different experimental conditions: 1) injecting of microbes into the soil; 2) tilling and adjusting humility; and 3) both processes applied together. The results showed that the halflife of the petroleum hydrocarbons in the polluted soil for the three conditions were 346, 90, and 42 days, respectively. The halflife of the petroleum hydrocarbons under natural conditions was 1733 days. It is quite clear that comprehensive bioremedition (tilling, adjusting humility and injecting microbes) greatly promotes the biodegradation rate and shortens the halflife of the petroleum contaminants in polluted soil.
