摘要
研究发现 ,氨基脲与鲁米诺和高碘酸钾反应可产生强烈化学发光 ,建立了流动注射化学发光法测定氨基脲的新方法。校准曲线线性范围为 1.0× 10 - 7— 5.0× 10 - 5g/mL ,检出限为 6× 10 - 8g/mL。对 1.0×10 - 6g/mL氨基脲连续 11次平行测定 ,RSD小于 2 %。该法可用于测定还原性有机物 。
Sdmicarbazide has the ablity to intensify the chemiluminescence derived from the reaction of lumionl with potassium periodate.A new andlytidal method for determination of semicarbazide has been developde.The linear range of caliberation curve is 1.0×10 -7 —5.0×10 -5 g/mL,and the detection limit is 6×10 -8 g/mL。The relative standard deviation obtainde from 11 standard solutions containing 1.0×10 -6 g/mL,semicarbazide is less than 2% .The sensitivity of the persent method is high enough to detect other prganics organics of pharmacy and environmeng.
