摘要
目的探讨脉压指数(PPI)与颈动脉内膜-中膜厚度(IMT)及超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)的关系。方法纳入2011年5月~2012年7月原发性高血压(EH)患者116例作为高血压组,并按照PPI分为3个亚组(A组:PPI≤0.40,n=39;B组:0.41≤PPI<0.50,n=41;C组:PPI≥0.50,n=36);同期纳入健康体检者89例作为对照组。应用全自动免疫散射比浊法检测血清hs-CRP,超声检测IMT,比较不同组颈动脉IMT及hs-CRP水平。结果①高血压组PPI、颈动脉IMT和hs-CRP均高于对照组;②随着PPI的增加,颈动脉IMT随之增加,二者呈正相关(r=0.797,P<0.001);③随着PPI的增加,hs-CRP也随之增加,二者呈正相关性(r=0.734,P<0.001)。结论原发性高血压患者PPI较健康人群高,且PPI与颈动脉IMT和hs-CRP具有相关性。
Objective To investigate the relationship among ambulatory pulse pressure index PPI ) , carotid intima-media thickness ( IMT ) and high-sensitivity C-reactive protein ( hs-CRP ) . Methods The patients (n=l16) with essential hypertension (EH) were selected as EH group from May, 2011 to July, 2012, and then, according to their PPI, divided into three subgroups ( group A: PPI≤0.40 and n=39, group B: 0.41≤ PPI〈0.50 and n=41, group C: PPI≥0.50 and n=36). At the same time 89 healthy controls were selected as control group. The level of serum hs-CRP was detected by using automatic immune nephelometry, IMT was detected by using color uhrasonograph, and levels of IMT and hs-CRP were compared between two groups. Results (~The levels of PPI, IMT and hs-CRP were all higher in EH group than those in control group. ②CA-IMT increased along with the increase of PPI, and they were correlated to each other ( r=0.797 ) . ③Hs-CRP increased along with the increase of PPI, and they were correlated to each other ( r=0.734 ) . Conclusion PPI is higher in EH patients than that in healthy people, and it is a risk factor of IMT and hs-CRP.
