改革流加糖工艺提高谷氨酸发酵水平的研究

摘要 采用天津短杆菌T6— 13经多年分离纯化后的 32 8#菌株 ,以淀粉糖为糖质原料 ,生物素亚适量 ,当发酵残糖约为 60 g/L时 ,流加糖 ,效果好。在 2 0 0m3发酵罐生产中 ,流加糖浓度分别为 30 0 g/L和 4 50g/L发酵周期 32小时 ,平均产酸分别达 1 0 2 3g/L和 1 1 5g/L ,糖酸转化率 55 5% ,提取收率 95 8% ;单罐产理论谷氨酸由 1 6 2 4吨提高至 1 8 2 0吨。 An improved glucose adding technology for high L-glutamic acid fermentation was established in this study.L-glutamic acid production was carried out by Brevibacterium tientsinens 328,a strain isolated from B.tientsinens T 6—13 ,under the conditions of using starch hydrolysate as carbon source and submoderate amount of biotin in a 200m 3 fermentor.When reducing sugar in saccharifying liquor was about 60g/l, glucose adding was applied soparately with concentrations of 300g/l and 450g/l.Fermentation cycle was 32 hours.Average yield of L-glutamic acid reached 102.3g/l and 115g/l respectively.Conversion rate of glucose to L-glutamic acid was 55.5%.Extraction rate was 95.8%.In single vessel fermentation,yield of L-glutamic acid went up theoretically from 16.24 ton to 18.2 ton.
