非小细胞肺癌中西医结合治疗概况 被引量：9

摘要 原发性支气管肺癌(简称肺癌),是最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,其中非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)约占肺癌的85%,对于可切除的NSCLC应首选手术。然而由于缺乏经济有效的筛查和早诊方案,临床确诊时2/3以上患者已属晚期,失去了手术根治机会。近年来随着中西医结合治疗非小细胞肺癌的研究不断深入,发现中西医结合治疗在对NSCLC的治疗过程中有增效减毒效应。本文从中药配合手术、中药配合化疗、中药配合放疗治疗非小细胞肺癌三个方面进行综述。
