摘要
目的:观察电针结合康复训练治疗脑卒中后肩-手综合征的临床疗效。方法:将60例脑卒中合并肩-手综合征的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例,治疗组在对照组康复训练的基础上进行电针治疗,经过30天治疗后,参照疗效评定标准,进行疗效评价。结果:两组患者的上肢运动、关节疼痛均有所缓解,且治疗组优于对照组。结论:电针结合康复训练是治疗脑卒中后肩-手综合征的有效方法。
Objective：To investigate curative effects of electro-acupuncture plus rehabilitation training on treating shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.Methods：60 patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,each group had 30 patients.Patients in treatment group were treated with electro-acupuncture on the basis of rehabilitation training of control group and was evaluated according to criteria of assessment for therapeutic effects after 30 days of treatment.Results：Upper limb and arthralgia in both groups alleviated and treatment group was superior to control group.Conclusion：Electro-acupuncture plus rehabilitation training is an effective method to treat shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke.
