摘要
重视宣传与鼓动是苏联意识形态工作的特点之一。苏美冷战开始后,苏联进行了宣传机制调整与改革。此后在联共(布)中央宣传鼓动部的领导下,整个苏联持续进行了一场系统、连续性的反美宣传,藉此在苏联民众中塑造"美国是苏联人民的敌人"的形象。反美宣传持续、高强度地进行,使得对美国及西方的嫌恶与敌视成功地灌注到普通民众的意识当中,并将其凝聚到了苏维埃文化的内核中。探寻冷战初期的苏联反美宣传,对于了解此时的宣传机制与意识形态工作,观察冷战初期文化冷战的苏联因素等,都大有裨益。
Propaganda played a very important role in Soviet ideology control system. The Central Propaganda Department of the Soviet Union and its branches adapted themselves to the new situation when the Cold War began and initiated a systematic and continuing anti-US propaganda for the sake of shaping an image that "US is the enemy of the Soviet Union" among the mass. This strategy was quite successful and the propaganda itself should be included in the Cultural Cold War as well. Thus, in order to understand Soviet ideology control, the propaganda system and the Cultural Cold War, it is very imperative to study the anti-US propaganda at the beginning of the Cold War.
