摘要
中国大陆、香港和台湾正在开展的基础教育课程改革在改革的背景与动因、组织架构、内容与特色、实施策略、学校课程领导,以及改革成效等方面,既有相似或相同之处,又有差异,存在着一些共同的困惑与问题。比较与检讨这些异同与问题对进一步深化两岸三地的课程改革具有重要意义。课程改革是一个长期的变革过程,教师的持续性支持是课程改革的基本前提;重构教师工作时间,促进教师专业发展与课程开发和管理相融合,建立教师课程改革专业工作环境是课程改革的必要保证;课程统整"适度"是课程改革的重要议题;不断修订、完善课程纲要和标准是课程改革的必然要求。
Turning into 21 century, basic education curriculum reform in China's Mainland, Hong kong and Taiwan present some similarities and differences on reform background, framework, content, feature, cur- riculum leadership, and implementing strategy and effect, and exist common nonpluses and problems. Comparing and analysing these similarities and differences has important meaning for deepening curriculum reform of China's Mainland, Hongkong and Taiwan. Curriculum reform is a long-term precess of change, and the continued support of the teachers is the basic premise of the curriculum reform~ there are several aspects to guarantee the curriculum reform, such as reconstructing teachers~ working hours, promoting the integration between professional development of teachers and curriculum development and management and establishing a professional working environment of teachers in curriculum reform. "Moderate" curricu- lum integration is an important issue of curriculum reform. Constantly updating and improving the sylla- bus and standards is the inevitable requirement of the curriculum reform.
