摘要
输电线路绝缘子串存在劣化绝缘子时,绝缘强度下降,容易发生闪络,对电网安全构成严重威胁.在试验大厅中利用光传感器对220kV悬垂瓷绝缘子串良好和不同位置存在零值绝缘子时的电场分布进行了检测.并按照试验布置情况建立了三维静电场有限元模型,仿真分析了绝缘子串电场分布.试验数据和仿真结果对比表明:伞裙使绝缘子的电场分布极不均匀,电场最小值出现在伞裙中;良好绝缘子串周围的合成场强呈近似U形分布.零值绝缘子对应位置处的电场分布在局部出现明显下降.不论零值绝缘子出现在高压端、低压端,还是中部,都能通过电场测量结果表现出来,可为电场法检测劣化绝缘子提供参考.
If there exists insulator degradation in insulator strings of transmission line,it will be prone to flashover, which poses a serious threat to grid security. The electric field distribution around 220 kV suspension porcelain insulator strings are investigated through experiment and simulation. The distribution of electric field around good insulator string and zero insulator existing in different positions are detected using optical sensor in tests. The resuits show that the test data and the simulation results are consistent. The insulator umbrella skirt made the distribution of the electric field extremely uneven; and minimum field strength around the good insulator strings is U-shaped. electric field appeared in the umbrella skirt. Synthetic The electric field around zero insulator declined significantly comparing with good insulator string. Zero insulator could be demonstrated through the electric field measurement results no matter it appeared at the high voltage, low voltage side, or the central, so as to provide a reference to the method using electric field to detect the deteriorating insulator.
