摘要
输电线路常用瓷、玻璃和合成绝缘子。瓷绝缘子的瓷件为多晶体非均质材料 ,它在机械、电气和外力作用下会形成裂纹 ,当遭受雷击时 ,电弧在头部瓷件中形成引流通道 ,瓷体爆裂造成掉串事故。合成绝缘子的芯棒 ,在酸性物质长期作用下会出现脆性断裂 ,造成掉串。玻璃绝缘子的玻璃为质地均匀、结构致密的均质材料 ,经钢化处理提高了抗拉强度 ,在超负荷作用下会产生自破 ,残锤为电弧形成了直接通道 。
The porcelain,glass and compound insulators are normally used in transmission lines.The porcelain pieces for the porcelain insulators are the polycrystalline nonuniform material mostly,which can produce cracks under the action of mechanical,electrical and external force.As the thunder-struck occurs,the electric arc in the head porcelain piece forms the current guiding channel and the explosion of the porcelain piece results in the failure of string breakage.The core bar of the compound insulator can produce the brittle fracture under the action of acid matters for a long time,which results in the failure of string breakage.The glass used for the glass insulators is the uniform material with uniform quality and dense structure,whose tensile strength can be increased after reinforcement treatment.It can be broken itself under the action of over load.The incomplete hammer forms the direct channel for the arc and so the string breakage will not occur.
