摘要
教育实习是学生获得实践性知识的重要途径,有助于学生从学生角色到教师角色的顺利转换,对于其踏上工作岗位,从事幼教具有奠定的作用。我们以培养学生的实践能力为主线,通过对教育实习目标之确定、实习过程之体验及教育实习评价之实施的思考,从本源上追寻及解决高职学前教育专业教育实习中存在的问题,以实现教育实习的有效性。
Education practice is an important way for students to get practical knowledge, which will be favoring the transformation from a student to a teacher and laying foundation for their future job of pre-school education. We take cultivating students' practical capability as the main clue. By setting the goal, experiencing the whole process and reflecting the assessment of our practice, the paper tries to find and solve the problems existing in the practices of pre school education majors in vocational colleges, expecting to realize the validity of education practices.
