摘要
目的综合评价江西省10个县级健康教育机构的服务能力现况,为健康教育机构的建设与发展及上级行政部门决策提供参考依据。方法应用Delphi法和系统聚类法相结合筛选了13个指标,运用加权秩和比法进行综合评价。结果服务能力较差的有2个市,其RSR估计值<0.403;中等的有4个市,其RSR估计值为0.403～0.611;较好的有4个市,其RSR估计值为>0.611。结论江西省县级健康教育机构之间发展不平衡,整体发展较落后,需加强投入及建设。
Objective To evaluate service capacity of health education institutions in Jiangxi Province, and provide scientific basis for establishment and development of county health education institutions. Method Delphi and Hierarchical cluster method were used to screen out thirteen indexes, and weighting rank-sum ratio method was used for evaluation. Results Scores of two cities were in low, its RSR estimated value was in the range 0 - 0. 403. Scores of four cities were in medium and its RSR estimated values in the range 0. 403 - 0. 611. Other four cities had higher scores and RSR ranged 0. 611 - 1. Conclusion Service ability of health education institutes in Jiangxi Province were unbalanced, construction and investment are needed to improve their ability.
