基于代谢组学的强直性脊柱炎和痛风性关节炎湿热证共性特征研究 被引量:27

Study on Common Features of Damp-Heat Syndrome in Rheumatism Based on Metabolomics

摘要 目的探讨风湿性疾病湿热证的共性代谢物组特征。方法采用气相色谱-飞行时间质谱联用技术,对强直性脊柱炎(AS)湿热证患者30例、痛风性关节炎(GA)湿热证患者29例及健康志愿者44例的血清样本进行代谢组学研究,比较AS湿热证患者、GA湿热证患者相对于健康志愿者(正常组)血清中与湿热证相关的共性差异代谢物组。结果与正常组相比,α-羟基丁酸、磷酸和甘露糖在GA和AS湿热证组血清中均明显升高,而乙醇胺则明显下降。结论血清α-羟基丁酸、磷酸、甘露糖和乙醇胺可能为风湿性疾病湿热证的共性代谢物组特征。 Objective To research the common metabolomic feature of rheumatism with damp-heat syndrome. Methods A metabolomic study of serum samples was conducted in 30 ankylosing spondylitis (AS) patients with damp-heat syndrome, 29 gouty arthritis (GA) patients with damp-heat syndrome and 44 healthy volunteers by gas chromatography-time-of-flight mass spectrometry (GC-TOFMS). The Common difference metabolomics associated with damp-heat syndrome in AS patients with damp-heat syndrome and GA patients with damp-heat syndrome were compared with the healthy volunteers. Results Compa ring with the healthy volunteers, e-hydroxy acid, phosphoric acid and mannose was significantly increased but ethanolamine was significantly decreased in AS patients with damp-heat syndrome and GA patients with damp-heat syndrome. Conclusion The common metabolomie feature of rheumatism with damp-heat syndrome may be a-hydroxy acid, phosphoric acid, mannose and ethanolamine.
