摘要
目的探讨中西医结合在慢性肺源性心脏病患者中的应用效果。方法 84例慢性肺源性心脏病心力衰竭患者随机分为观察组与对照组各42例,两组患者均给予抗感染、抗心力衰竭、平喘药物等常规西医治疗,观察组在上述基础上加用中药汤药口服治疗,观察两组患者的治疗效果。结果两组患者症状体征评分、血流变及血气分析指标经治疗均显著好转(P<0.01),且治疗后观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组总体有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中医中药可有效减轻肺心病患者症状体征,改善临床治疗效果。
Objective To discuss the clinical effects of integrative medicine in patients with chronic Cor Pulmonale heart failure. Methods Eighty four patients with chronic Cor Pulmonale heart failure were randomly devided into the observation group （n = 42） and the control group （n = 42）, the observation group were treated with integrative medicine, and the control group were treated with conventional therapy, then the clinical effects were contrasted be- tween the two groups. Results The clinical signs and symptoms score, index of hemorrheology and blood gas analysis were significantly improved after the treatment in the two groups （P 〈 0.01）, and the observation group were signifi- cantly better than the control group after treatment （P 〈 0.05）; the overall efficiency in the observation group was sig- nificantly higher than the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Chinese medicine based could releaves clinical symp- toms, improve efeect of COPD.
