摘要
目的深入探讨针对慢性肺源性心脏病患者采用中西医结合治疗方法的临床效果。方法将86例慢性肺源性心脏病患者随机分为治疗组50例患者与对照组36例患者,其中对照组的36例患者单纯的接受西药治疗,而治疗组的50例患者在对照组的治疗基础上在进行中药治疗。结果对照组的总有效率为75%,而治疗组的总有效率达到92%,对照组与治疗组相比较可以看出,采用中西医结合治疗慢性肺源性心脏病的治疗组临床效果优于单纯西药治疗的对照组的临床效果(P<0.05)。结论采用中西医结合治疗慢性肺源性心脏病不但可以缩短慢性肺源性心脏病患者的病程、快速缓解患者的病症,而且还能延长患者再次入院的周期。
Objective To discuss depth integrative clinical effects of treatment for patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease. Methods 86 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease patients were randomly divided into the treatment group of 50 patients and the control group of 36 patients. Results It was that by using the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease treatment group of clinical effect was better than that of pure western medicine treatment of the clinical effect of control group（P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of chronic pulmonary heart disease in patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease can not only shorten the course of disease,but also can extend the hospital readmission cycle.
