摘要
利用有限元方法将Moldflow软件分析的注射成型结果导入Ansys软件进行结构力学分析,发现注塑件在外载荷和边界条件等均相同的条件下,随模具温度、保压时间和保压压力的增大最大von Mises应力下降,且幅度各不相同;而随着熔体温度的增大,最大von Mises应力也增大;同时,熔接线使注塑件的von Mises应力明显高于同等条件下没有熔接线的注塑件,而且熔接线还影响工艺参数对注塑件最大von Mises应力的变化规律。
The paper analyzed mechanical properties of injection molded parts by introducing results of Moldflow into Ansys software based on finite element method. The results showed that the maximum von Mises stress decreased with increasing mold temperature, packing time, and packing pressure, and melt temperature, provided the external loads was the same. Meanwhile, the von Mises stress in the parts with the weld lines was significantly higher those without weld lines in the same conditions. The presence of weld lines also affected the relationship between the process parameters and the maximum yon Mises stress of injection molded parts.
