摘要
文章对采用永磁同步伺服电机(PMSM)驱动定量泵技术的注塑机控制系统,尤其注射速度的控制,提出基于变步长RBF神经网络在线辨识调整PID算法。在MATLAB/Simulink中构建了注射系统模型,仿真结果表明,注射速度跟踪性能好,对外部干扰和参数变化具有较好的适应能力,电机转速随负载需要能作出迅速调整,改变定量泵输出流量,响应速度快,系统无高压节流,实现节能。
Based on variable step-span,RBF neural network to identify and adjust PID arithematic on line,the paper presented for the control system based on PMSM and constant pump used in plastic injection molding machine,especially for injection speed control. Framing mould of injection system in MATLAB/Simulink,the simulation results illustrate that the controller has better function of injection velocity tracking and adaptation of anti-external interference and parameters change. The system is energy-saving without high-pressure throttling.
