摘要
本文通过肋片前疏后密的排布方式改进叉排微细通道热沉的性能,对前疏后密叉排微细通道热沉的传热和流动特性进行了数值模拟和实验研究。研究表明,前疏后密的肋片排布方式能增强换热效果,相比普通叉排排布方式换热能力提高约50%。流量400mL/min,热负荷240 W(30W/cm^2)时,热源表面温度约为57.7℃。
Frontal sparser and rear denser arrangement was proposed in mini-channel heat sinks for performance improvement. Fluid flow and heat transfer processes in staggered fin mini-channel heat sinks with frontal sparser and rear denser arrangement were analyzed with numerical simulation and experiment. The result shows that frontal sparser and rear denser arrangement can improve heat transfer performance. Compared with uniform staggered fin heat sinks, these proposed heat sinks have a 60 percent improvement of heat transfer coefficient. The temperature of heat source was about 57.7℃ when the volume flow rate was 400 mL/min and thermal load stayed 240 W (30 W/cm2).
