摘要
观察肾衰冲剂对 5 / 6肾切除 (Platt法 )诱发的慢性肾功能衰竭动物模型的肾脏病理及超微结构 ,并以包醛氧淀粉作对照组。结果表明 ,肾衰冲剂能明显改善肾脏组织结构增加肾小球数量改善肾小管功能 ,提示这可能是肾衰冲剂延缓肾功能衰竭进展的作用机理之一。
The influence of “Renal Failure Granules” was observed on the pathology and ultrastructure of the kidney in the animal model with chronic renal failure induced by 5/6 nephrectomy(Platt method),together with the control group by Coated Aldehyde Oxystarch.The results showed that “Renal Failure Granules” could improve the ultrastructure remarkably,elevate the number of the glomeruli and improve the function of the renal tubules,indicating that this may be one of the functional mechanism to postpone the renal failure by “Renal Failure Granules”.
