坚肾合剂对慢性肾衰竭血尿钙磷影响的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨慢性肾衰竭(CRF)时大鼠体内钙磷代谢变化的规律及坚肾合剂改善CRF低钙高磷病理状态的部分机制。方法:以腺嘌呤灌胃造成CRF大鼠模型后,以坚肾合剂治疗并与尿毒清对比。结果:CRF大鼠血钙、PTH降低,血磷、CT升高,与正常组比有显著差异(P<0.05~0.01);治疗后坚肾合剂使血CT降低、尿钙减少、尿磷增加、PTH升高而接近正常组;坚肾合剂在降低血磷及血CT方面,优于尿毒清(P<0.05~0.01)。结论:坚肾合剂可使肾小管重吸收钙增加,肾小球滤过磷增加,它可能通过升高PTH,降低CT而达到纠正CRF大鼠低钙高磷状态,升高CT作用优于尿毒清。 Objective:To study the variety law of calcium and phosphorus in blood of chronic renal failure rats; To discuss JianShenHeJi's partial mechanism of ameliorating the low - calcium - high - phosphorus state. Methods: The animal models of CRF were created by pouring Adenine to Wistar rats for twenty days (250 mg·kg-1·d-1) ; We treated them by pouring JianShenHeJi decoction (2 ml/d) for thirty days, compared with NiaoDuQing decoction. Blood Scr, twenty - four hours urinary protein, blood CT, PTH, calcium and phosphorus were detected by different means. Results : The contents of blood calcium and PTH in CRF rats were notably down While the contents of blood phosphorus and CT were obviously up (P < 0. 05 - 0. 01); In ameliorating BUN, Scr, PTH and twenty - four hours urinary protein, JianShenHeJi decoction's effect are approximated to NiaoDuQing decoction with no notable significance (P>0.05);In ameliorating blood calcium, phosphorus and CT, JianShenHeJi decoction are better than NiaoDuQing decoction(P<0.05-0.01) . Conclusion;JianShenHeJi decoction can amend CRF'S low- calcium- high - phosphorus state, and has the better effect than NiaoDuQing decoction. That may by one of its action mechanism of curing CRF.
