摘要
通过考察和总结扶阳方法的历史沿革 ,认为扶阳法肇始于《内经》 ,奠基于仲景《伤寒杂病论》 ,经晋唐至金元的嬗变与探索、明清时期医家的临床实践和理论阐发 ,以及温病领域的应用 ,有了进一步的创新与发展。清末以降 ,扶阳法的临床应用 ,总体上趋于整合 ,承继则显示出个性多元化特征 ,并列举温阳法的代表性药物附子的配伍。
By the research and summary of the historical evolution of the yang supporting method,the author believes that the yang supporting method started from “Inner Canon”,based upon Zhang Zhongjings “Treatise on Fevers and Miscellaneous Diseases”.After evolution and probation from the Jing and Tang Dynasties to Jin and Yuan Dynasties,its clinical practice,theoretical explanation and application in the febrile diseases were further created and developed in the Ming and Qing Dynasties.In the end of the Qing Dynasty,the clinical application of the yang supporting method was generally used in a combination,with its inheritance characterized by individual multiple signs.This paper also lists the compatibility,dosage and applying indication of Radix Aconiti Praeparata,a representative herb of the yang supporting method,as evidence.
