摘要
围绕痰饮的治法方药 ,整理分析《金匮要略》中的有关内容和后世医家的相关认识。认为《金匮》奠定了痰饮治法方药的基本框架 ,其主要特点为用药偏温、开泄为主、温或泄适可而止 ;后世医家则更多考虑痰饮的治本问题 ,强调行气、扶正与审因 ,重视清热药及化瘀药的配合。
This paper presents the treatment and medicine for phlegm fluid syndrome on the basis of Synopsis of Prescriptions of the Golden Chamber and later literature.It is believed that this book laid foundation on the treatment and medicine for phlegm fluid syndrome,which is characterized by using the warm and diffusing medicines;and the later physicians focused on differentiating the primary and secondary aspects,using medicines effective to activate Qi,clear heat and dissipating blood stasis.It is also pointed out that above treatment and medicine are of high value in modern Chinese medical practice.
