摘要
高职护理学专业"问题学生"日趋增多,转化"问题学生"成为教育工作中重要任务之一。转化"问题学生"首先需要了解"问题"的确切原因所在并对症下药,其次是需要学校、家长、班主任的共同配合,并树立"问题学生"中的正确榜样,及时巩固教育成果,才能对"问题学生"转化起到重要的作用。
The number of the inferior students is increasing in higher vocational nursing education, and transforming these students will be one of the most important tasks. The first step of transforming these students is that the educator should realize the ultimate cause of the problem and find the effective strategy to solve it. The second step is that the correct example should be set by the cooperation among school, parents and the head-teacher. The last step is to consolidate the achievement of education. Therefore, it can play an important role in transforming the inferior students.
