摘要
新生代农民工是21世纪推动我国经济发展的重要力量,在提高企业经济实力、促进城市健康发展方面发挥着主力军的作用。从协同创新的视角看,高校在培训新生代农民工方面拥有先天的优势和后天的责任。本文在分析基于协同创新高校新生代农民工培训中存在问题的基础上,提出了相应的对策。
The new generation migrant workers are an important force in promoting China＇s economic development in 21 Century. It plays an important role in improving the economic strength of enterprises, promoting the healthy development of our city. From the perspective of cooperative innovation, universities have inherent advantages and acquired responsibility in training the new generation of migrant workers. Based on the analysis of the problem of collaborative innovation on the new generation of migrant workers, the article puts forward to countermeasures.
