摘要
按培训主体来划分,农民工培训模式可以归纳为政府主导型、企业主体型和市场依托型三大类八种模式。文章融合比较优势理论、动机行为理论和治理理论,采用因果循环反馈分析方法,基于不同模式探讨了相关主体的需求、动机、行为及其效果,提出了通过强化相关培训主体责任、进行模式创新和完善相关机制等对策建议,来提升农民工培训的效应。
According to the training subject to differentiate, rized as the government leading, business owners size and migrant workers training mode can be summa- market-oriented three categories of eight kinds of mode. This paper fuses theory of comparative advantage, theory of motivation and behavior,theory of governance, uses the analytical method of causal circle's feedback, bases on the different model to discuss the related subject's needs, motivation, behavior and its effect. Therefore, this paper puts forward strengthening the main subject's responsibility, carrying out the mode innovation and improving the relevant mechanism,and so on. These countermeasures can promote peasant workers training effect.
