摘要
教师信息化教学素养包含人们常用的教师信息素养、教师信息教育技术、教育技术能力、信息化教学能力等要素。人们对它在教师素质结构之中的位置和作用,有许多不同的理解。针对国内高校教师信息化素养存在的差距问题,提出了解决教师信息化素养不高的办法和策略。
E-teaching literacy of teachers includes computer literacy, skills in information technology, and abilities of teaching. There exists different understanding of the importance and functions of teachers' e-teaching literacy in quality structures of teachers. E-teaching literacy of teachers in urban areas is superior to their counterparts in the rural areas, and its development is uneven in China. Training offers a solution to solving the problem, but it is not the only approach.
