摘要
目的探讨某市防治结核病知识传播行动志愿者的工作体验和需求。方法采用现象学研究方法，深入访谈某市10名防治结核病知识传播行动志愿者，并用Colaizzi的7步分析法分析资料。结果防治结核病知识传播行动志愿者的工作体验提炼为3大主题：面临的困难、责任与使命、成长与收获。结论防治结核病知识传播行动志愿者应不断提高自身素质，践行志愿者承诺；管理者应尽快完善志愿者管理规范，在志愿者培养、工作及发展过程中提供必要的支持。
Objective To investigate the work experience and needs of volunteers for spreading action of knowledge about prevention and control of TB. Methods The phenomenological research methods were adopted, 10 volunteers who participated in spreading action of knowledge about prevention and control of TB were investigated by indepth interview,and data were analyzed by Colaizzi seven-step analysis method. Results The work experience of volunteers who participated in spreading action of knowledge about prevention and control of TB was epurated with three main topics： facing difficulty, responsibility and mission, growth and harvesting. Conclusions Volunteers who participated in spreading action of knowledge about prevention and control of TB should constantly improve their own quality, and practice volunteer promise. Managers should improve volunteer management standard, and provide necessary support during the process of training,work and development of volunteers.
