摘要
分析急性胰腺炎308例48h内各项生理、临床及实验室指标。建立新的综合评分系统 ,考察该系统早期诊断及预后预测的效果。
To setup an initiative complex assessment system(CAS) by retrospectively analyzing a variety of physiological and clinical indicators of 308 cases.to establish an initiative CAS revealing the severity and prognosis of the disease.Both our CAS and APACHE system were satisfying tools to assess the severity and prognosis in the early stage of the disease.
