摘要
不锈钢焊管属于薄壁管,由于生产中立辊群处立辊孔型不合理,造成管坯表面出现划痕,调试时需对立辊孔型进行修形以满足管坯表面质量要求。针对立辊群处存在的问题,将影响因素进行分析量化,形成合理的计算表达式,建立符合实际变形要求的新孔型结构。
Welded pipe of stainless steel belongs to thin-wall tube. The unreasonable pass design of vertical rollers in produc- tion cause scratches on the tube surface. So shape modification in vertical roller pass is necessary to meet the quality require- ments of tube surface. Aiming at the above existing problems, the effecting factors are quantized in this paper. They are organ- ized and formulated into reasonable calculation expressions. To overcome the forming defect of strip steel, new pass design structure is creating in accord with real deformation.
