摘要
介绍和分析了焊管机组采用传统轧辊孔型设计方法生产开口冷弯型材所存在的质量缺陷,实践了采用局部约束观点设计冷弯型材轧辊孔型的方法。实践证明,采用这种新设计的轧辊孔型,可有效地解决开口冷弯型材现存的质量问题,既减少了成型道次,又提高了成材率与综合技术经济效益。
Described and analyzed in the paper are the quality defects of the cold - bent opening steel shapes produced from the weld pipe mill with conventionally designed roll groove. Also described here are the experimental activities of designing the said roll groove with local restriction method. The result shows that thanks to the newly designed roll groove all the quality defects of the said steel shapes can be eliminated effectively, and forming passes can be lessened, increasing both the yield and the comprehensive technico - economic benefit.
